



The Family Law Group at Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. is comprised of a team of individuals who collectively work together for the best interests of our clients. We understand that the journey through Family Law litigation has many components, including but not limited to, the Court process itself. Herein, we hope to give you a comprehensive overview of what to expect before, during, and after your case has been filed. To help you along your journey, our experienced team members will become your advocates, walking with you every step of the way. Everyone in our Group will provide assistance to you with various elements of your case, as our unique team concept affords our clients the benefit of a virtual army of experienced and knowledgeable individuals all working together on your behalf. Our Family Law Group includes the following team members:
COORDINATORS
Coordinators help keep our files up-to-date by organizing discovery, incoming documents provided by other attorneys, and/or financial institutions. They send out faxes, draft letters to clients and opposing counsel, create charts and perform many other office functions. The Coordinators also help our team prepare for court and keep all needed documentation in order.
JAMES HEALY
Jim is an attorney who works with our group in addition to other areas of practice in our Firm. Jim has been a member of our team for several years and your primary contact with Jim will be in Court. Jim handles Status Calls, Motions, Prove Ups, and other required Court appearances for our group. Jim is a partner at Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. and has been a member of our firm since 1996.
MONIKA JEDYNASTY
Monika is a legal assistant with whom you will have little personal contact. Monika manages our files, collates and assembles your financial data, discovery and trial exhibits and provides general assistance to our team. Overall, Monika’s role is to help keep our office running smooth and to provide an organized and stress free environment for our other team members to better serve our clients. Monika has been a member of our group since 2006.
JENNIFER LoGIUDICE FRANCIS
Jennifer is an attorney focusing her entire practice and energy within our family law group. She is regularly appearing in court, handling Pretrials, Hearings and Trials. Working in close conjunction with other members of our group, Jennifer handles all aspects of a client’s litigation from settlement negotiations to Trials. Whether your case involves a custody dispute, or the contested issues are financial in nature, Jennifer’s goal is to address your needs in a comprehensive manner. She will work closely with you to achieve your best interests and to ensure that you make informed decisions as to each aspect of your case. Jennifer has been an Associate with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2007.
CRYSTAL PAVLOSKI
Crystal is a paralegal with whom you may have frequent contact. Crystal’s role in the Family Law Group is that of client liaison, fielding a heavy volume of client phone calls throughout the day. Crystal develops a relationship with clients to help them understand the Court process and to ensure that each client is fully informed about their case. Crystal assists in all aspects of a client’s litigation, from drafting initial Pleadings to commence the action, to preparing, organizing and reviewing incoming and outgoing Discovery, Matrimonial Trial Memorandums, drafting Motions or Petitions throughout the litigation, as well as preparing a case for Trial or Prove Up. Crystal has been an employee of Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2003.
MICHELLE POWERS
Michelle is the billing manager for our group. Questions about your bill should be directed to Michelle. Michelle will be able to assist you in establishing payment arrangements and will ensure that your billing inquiries are handled efficiently. Michelle has been an employee of Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2000 and additionally works in the Firm’s Accounting Department.
LISA SOCHA
Lisa is a paralegal with whom you will have little personal contact. However, Lisa will generally be the person who will ensure that you receive all written data about your case, have copies of every court order, and Lisa will keep you apprised of any and all written communications received about your case. She is responsible for the issuance of Discovery documents, Subpoenas, and the drafting of routine Motions and Pleadings related to your case. Lisa schedules Court appearances and Motions, as well as manages our group’s docketing schedule. Lisa has been an employee of Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2001.
ANNE SKRODZKI
Anne is an attorney who focuses part of her practice on the family law group as well as practicing in other areas in our Firm. Anne regularly appears in court to handle Status Calls, Motions, and other required Court appearances. Anne is also involved in legal research, preparing court pleadings and conducting discovery, so you may have occasional or even frequent contact with her as she works on a particular stage of your case. Anne has been an associate at Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2009.
GWENDOLYN STERK
As an attorney and Team Leader of our Family Law Group, Gwendolyn meets with potential clients and develops the initial strategy for each case by analyzing the needs of the client and assessing the most effective approach to accomplish their primary objectives and best interest. Gwendolyn plays an integral role in every client’s case, and directs each team member according to specific client needs on a daily basis. Gwendolyn regularly appears in court conducting Pretrials, Hearings and Trials. Gwendolyn’s goal is to have fully informed clients who understand their options. For Gwendolyn, the relationship formed with each client is key to the success of the case. Within our Family Law Group, Gwendolyn has instilled the philosophy of counseling our clients in a manner that will help them move on with integrity and dignity. Gwendolyn has been a partner at Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 2000 and has been associated with Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 1991.
JACKIE SULICH
Jackie is a paralegal with our Family Law Group, and Jackie will be your first contact as a potential client, as well as the first contact for all returning clients. Jackie is responsible for scheduling all initial consultations, and providing additional information to help guide you through your first appointment with the Family Law Group. As part of our team, Jackie may also initially meet with our potential clients face to face to discuss office procedures, preliminary steps for filing an action, and what to expect moving forward. Jackie develops a relationship with each client that will continue to grow throughout their entire case. Jackie also drafts court documents, conducts legal research, and assists our team with developing strategies and scenarios for settlement negotiations and an ultimate, final resolution or trial. Jackie has been a member of Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. since 1995.
YOU
The last member of our group is you, the client. We will provide you with all the necessary information to understand your goals and objectives, as well as encourage you to take an active role in your litigation. Assisting our Group with whatever element of your case is manageable for you will not only save time and money, but will also provide a necessary distraction from the emotional stressors that may arise.
